Can't send web page by email

Dear Sirs:

When I try to use the "Send/Page by Email" function I get
a pop-up box that asks "Choose Profile". The drop down box
inside the Pop-up tells me that Outlook Express is the
default (that's okay, I think). Nonetheless, when I click
on OK nothing happens. I can't seem to send the page to an
email address. Any help??
