Can't send web page by email

Hello, we have a user (Windows XP sp1, Office 2003) who
is unable to send a web page by email. When clicking
File-->Send-->Page by email, nothing happens...when you
try doing it again, a window pops up saying the current
document cannot be sent as mail. She has been able to
send documents like these in the past and other users in
the department are able to send the exact same page. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
 
First, set the default mail client via Internet Options. Programs tab. If
that does not help, see:

Send To Mail Recipient option does nothing:
