ie6 send page by link ?

XP, office 2003 and all updates are In place

Upon trying to send a link or page by email in ie6, a box pops up asking me
to choose a profile. The only choice is outlook. If I select outlook A
Microsoft Exchange Box appears. "The MAPI Spooler could not be started. Close
and then restart all mail enabled applications. MAPI 1.0[000004C7]" I
prefer to use OE but it is not an option. If I choose "NEW" to create a
profile The Microsft Exchange Wizard appears with my name. Another error
message occurs dll file for this service is either damaged or could not be
found.

any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Installing MS Office very often breaks the Registry entries need to invoke
OE for SendTo and MailTo operations.

PA Bear,

Thank You for your help and assistance in this manner.
I finally had to add the regedit line.
This led to a succesful resolution!
While this was not a major problem it was annoying.

Thank You
