TrueVector Service running when trying to upgrade ZoneAlarm

I'm attempting to upgrade to the new version of ZoneAlarm. I'm getting an error message during the install that TrueVector service is running and needs to be stopped for the installation to continue.

I've looked for this service and can't find it on my machine.

What the hell do I do???

Hi Steve,

Go to Start > Run and type services.msc

Scroll down and you will find the True Vector service, right-click it
and choose properties, then click on Stop, if this option is grayed
out you need to do this under an administrative account.

Now you can update your Zone Alarm. For security, however, I'd suggest
you disconnect from the Net while you are updating and the firewall is
down.
