Troubleshoot Word as Outlook email editor

I receive the following message "This form requires Word as your email editor
but Word is either busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in
Outlook editor instead." I have both opened and closed Word but receive same
message. Can anyone offer any help?
 
I suggest you try a repair of Office.Maybe somebody else has a better
solution.

Outlook and Word must be the same version in order to integrate.
