I select Word as email editor and then receive this error message when
sending email: This form reuires Word as your email editor, but Word is
either busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in Outlook editor
instead. I have tried with both Word open and closed and rec'd same message.

What version of Office/Outlook and have you applied all service packs?

I am experiencing the exact same problem. I am using the 2002 version, but
not sure wha service packs have been installed. If I install all service
packs, will this help?

I too am experiencing this problem. I just installed Windows XP Pro SP2 along
with Outlook XP and Word XP as my editor. I found I am able to send emails
using Word as my editor, but when I try and reply to emails...thats when I
get this "Word is Busy" error. Its very frustrating...any one who can help
with this would be great! I have all the latest Service Packs on all.

Thanks!
Jeff

This is the solution I was given. It does seem to have solved the problem.
