Trouble with changing File Type open with

Hi,
I want to change the file type ".xls" to open with my XP
Excel instead of Excel 4.0. I went to the Folder
Option=>File Tye tab, and the "Change" button have been
gray out along with the "New", "Advanced", and "Deleted
button.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

From the run box you might try;

PathToFile\excel.exe /regserver

or reinstall the application.
