trouble with a printer

Today my linksys decided to change it's IP address. I have no idea how or
why. I fixed it so that now i can get back on the internet (obviously), but
my problem is that now my printer doesn't work. I have a network printer that
runs through the linksys. I run XP home. I have 4 computers on the network.

I know that it doesn't work because i was printing from the printer's IP
address, and now the printer's IP has changed. My problem is that, none of my
3 main computers are able to identify the printer. my 4th computer is a
laptop with vista, somehow it was able to detect the printer, but when i try
to look at the new IP, it's impressively long, and it didn't work on the
other computers. Can you help me? Thanks.

This Linksys "unit" should "router" type unit. Then, you MUST use a
"static" LAN IP address (ie: 192.168.1.1) assigned to it and assign
an IP address to the "networked" printer itself (192.168.1.2)
