Trouble viewing pages that open

We are having trouble on our pcs and I have tried everything possible. We
have several sites that when you click on certain links in the page, you get
error on page. I thought maybe we had a pop up blocker that was stopping
them from opening. I have checked this and all looks good. I added the
sites to our firewall to ensure it wasn't being stopped there. I added these
site to the pop up allow in the Group Policy and to each computer itself (
just in case!) I did notice on one page instead of error on page when get a
message that says something referencing the Javascript. I have even removed
Java and reinstalled. We are running XP with SP2. Can anyone offer any
other suggestions that I might try as everyone is getting very upset that
they can't view these pages? Please help!

What errors?

Well..one page is greenvillecounty.org, which is our local government's site.
When you try to click on some of the links, you just simply get an error on
page message. I tried this from my home pc and the site works fine, but here
at work it won't open. The other page is the chromecarbook page. We use
this to find values on cars. When you get your quote, there is a link to
print the page. You click the print from their site and you get a message at
the bottom that says "javascript:gettingprintreport(); but nothing happens.
Any suggestions?
