Trouble setting Hiberation Mode

Hi,
If I try to turn on Hibernation mode in my power options menu I get an error
stating
"the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another
process"

Can anyone help please and tell me how I can find out which other process is
preventing access to this file. I'm running XP Pro SP2.

My problem turned out to be a possible corrupt hiberfil which I renamed and
olds copy of InCD which was stopping
my computer going into stand-by or hibernating
