Trouble Sending E-mails

I use a LAN both at my home and office with my laptop,
and I am able to send e-mails just fine from my home, but
when I am at work, I cannot send them through Outlook
Express. This error shows up:

Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure (SSL): Nol Socket Error:
10060, Error Number: 0x800CC0E

Thank you for any help you can give. I don't want to
have to send business e-mails from home!
