Trouble scheduling Windows Backup

Hi,

I am having trouble scheduling a windows backup on a XP Pro laptop. I used
the backup wizard to schedule a backup of the documents and settings along
with another program. However, the backup will not run when it is scheduled
to run. I went into Windows scheduler and the backup is listed there. When
it is time for it to run it says "Uable to run". When I go into the setup of
the backup it keeps asking for a password. The user does not have a password
for the pc. When they start windows it goes directly to the desktop. They
would prefer not to have a password but will do so if needed.

In the backup setup, whenever I try to apply my settings I get a task
scheduler error that says "An error has occured while attempting to set task
account information. The specified error is 0x800700005. Access is denied.
You do not have permission to perform the requested operation. The user
account for this person is a Computer Administrator so I can't figure out why
there is some some of permissions issue.

Can someone help?

Thanks,

Create a suitable account, e.g. "backup", with a password and
with administrator privileges, then schedule the task under this
account.

Scheduled tasks needs an account with a password.
