Trouble exporting large movie to WMV

I'm trying to export a video under the "High Quality (large) settings" to a
..wmv file. However, the file refuses to be saved under these settings, so I
have to set the file size manually to 20 MB or so, which severly reduces the
quality. I still have several gigabytes left on my hard drive, 512 Mb or RAM,
and a 2.8 Ghz processor. All source files are where they should be. Any help?

check the Problem Solving > Can't Save a Movie page of my website.....
saving to a higher quality profile requires more memory than saving to a
lower one, so zooming into the info about memory might be the place to
start.
