Here's what happens;
1. Hit power switch
2. Computer goes through the initial sequence
3. Goes to "windows xp" loading screen
4. Restarts itself, rinse and repeat

I don't know if this is a software or hardware issue, but it's very
frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for not using the
technical terms but I'm kind of new at this computer thing.

Thanks

Hi

After your reboot your system the next time, keep tapping the F8 key to
access a screen that has 'Last Known Good Configuration' as an option. Try
that to see if you can access Windows.
