trojan_agent.ea

hello,

It recently has become aware to me that my computer has been infected with
the virus known as "Trojan_agent.ea". I quickly used my anti-virus program
(PC-Cillin 2000) and only for it to quarantine it. I am unable to clean these
files that are infected (approx. 300+). How can i go about cleaning these
files? They seem to be only related to Trend Micro.

Now, i am unable to open my Pc-cillin program because of "PNTMAIN.exe".
Should i just uninstall this program and then reinstall it or are their other
ways to erase this virus?
