trojan horses spyware

Hey there:
I continue to receive a pop up that says, " Attention, some dangerous trojan
horses detected in your system. Microsoft Windows XP files corrupted. This
may lead to the destruction of important files in C:\windows. Download
protection software now!"
Click ok to download the antispyware. (Recommended)

I am computer illiterate and need help getting rid of this problem. My
computer currently already have Lavasoft AD-Aware SE professional, but still
receiving the pop up. please help

Undoubtedly, you do have some malware on your system and it's probably from
the very people that made that message popup on your system, but you're
reporting this to Microsoft's Windows Defender forums, which you aren't
using as far as I can tell. Don't be scammed into buying any additional
spyware removal products, but the place you should be asking for help with
this is from Lavasoft, particularly with the Pro version installed:

Microsoft has free help from Product support services for issues of Viruses
or spyware, or issues relating to security patches.

In the U.S. or Canada call 1-866-pcsafety.

Elsewhere call the local number for paid support and ask for the free help
as outlined above--the call may not be toll-free, but there's no charge for
the help.

also and i already have an antispyware removal help plzz
