tripod.com & frontpage & Europe

I have a few web site at http://www.tripod.com however my uncle in
Munich, Germany has NEVER been able to view them.

Now it's some error message & he tells me he has a spyware program
running....should that matter?

I know they now embed ads AND attach pop-ads (which I never see thanks
to Mozilla Firefox) but geez....
