TrendNet TEW-311 Router and AP

hi group,

after upgrading the router with the firmware i downloaded from the
manufacturers web site i can no longer send e-mails exceeding 2kb.

if there is an attachment to the mail i cannot send it at all.

i can receive mails with attachments.

when i bypass the router i can send all the heavy mail i like, with or
without attachments.

i use eudora 6 on xp pro.

i have posted a support request at TrendNets web site, but they have not
reacted.

does anyone have similar problems with this model and make?

Is there an MTU setting for the router? If so, change it to a smaller value
like 528 and see what happens. Can "fix" some broken firmware, with a
slight decrease in performance.
