Trema and circumflex

What is wrong if I get this "na¨¨apen, po¨¨ezie" where it should be
"naäpen, poëzie"
and this "Enqu^^ete en cr^^epe" where it should be "Enquête en crêpe".
Thanks for advise.

I have no solution for "naapen" and "poezie", but for "enquete" and
"crepe", the solution is obvious, "onderzoek and pannekoek" De vlaamse taal
is wonderzoet....
Sorry, ik kon het me niet laten.
Should I find a solution to your problem, I will post it. I saw the solution
somewhere, I will look for it.
