Traverse Folders

I want to be able to share a folder that contains several
files with two different groups. One of the groups I
would like to have see/access all the files. The other
group I would like to not even be able to see the files
they should not have access to. In other words, when they
click on the network share they only see the files they
have access to and are not even aware of the other files
in that same folder.

Not possible. Create different folders.
