Could I change a hard drive from one dead laptop and move it in another
laptop (same model) witout any problem?

As long as all the hardware is the same...it should work fine

Depends on OS, if it's not Win NT/2000/XP then you could
swap without worry about the same hardware; otherwise,
NT/2000/XP will hang if in compatible hardware found.
