transferring web site to new computer with vista operating system

"Just got a new computer that has Vista. I zipped up my Front Page 2003 web
site from my old computer and put it on a flash drive, plugged it into my new
computer and extracted the files to the "my web sites" folder on my new
computer. Problem is that it only extracted the files, not the name of the
web site. I made a folder with the web site name and moved all the
contents in it, but it's still just a folder. How do I fix this?
