Transferring pictures from JVC Digital Still Camera to my PC, how.

With Windows 98 I was able to transfer my still pictures from my JVC video
camera with the program Picture Navigator. I now have Windows XP Home
Edition and I can no longer transfer my pictures with the same program or
with Picture It Photo 7, Can anyone help me?
 
Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database
application and not general computer "access".

Suggest you find the appropriate newsgroups for Picture Navigator or Picture
It Photo 7 or Windows XP Home and re-post your question.
