Transferring Only Sent Items from backup

Hi,

In my new PC I configured outlook 2007 and downloaded all my old emails
It was possible since I always keep a copy of the incoming mails in
the server.

Now want to transfer only the sent mails from the Sent Items folder of
the old PC which was running Outlook 2003. I managed to copy the
Outlook.PST file to a flash drive.

Profile name in both the PC is the same, OUTLOOK.

Any help on this will be highly appreciated.

Copy from flash drive to Documents folder.
Winthin Outlook, File>Open>Data File........browse to and open the old data
file.
Then copy whatever to wherever
