AskingSA

I am using Outlook 2007 and does not have a a "sent items" folder in my mail
folders. I also do not have the option to choose "favorites folders" under
view/navigation pane. My "save copies of messages in Sent Items" is also
ticked.

Can anybody please assist?

Then you should be in the Mail navigation pane.

Have you tried Help, Office Diagnostics? Resetting the Navigation pane?
(Start menu, run, type outlook.exe /resetnavpane See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/switches.htm if you need more help
using switches)

What is the full version number in Help, About?
