Missing items from sent items

TSAM

Hello,

We run a Windows 2003 domain with Exchange 2003 backend/ frontend topology.
Our clients are Outlook 2007. We also run Blackberry 4.1.

We have a user sending messages to a person internally and some of those
messages doesn't appear in his sent item. But they were successfully
delivered to the recipients. We looked from OWA assuming filtering a culprit
and these missing messages are not seen from OWA too. We also made sure from
Options tab that sent messages should be saved to sent item folder.

Did anybody witnesed this behaviour and if so what was the solution?

TIA
