transferring favorites files

Hello, I'd like to move my favorites folders from one
computer to another. I've found the favorites folders,
copied them to a disk and put them into the other
computers' favorites folders. When accessing favorites
while in explorer the added files aren't there. Can
anyone help? Thanks, Kris
I use win xp & explorer 6
 
You are probably putting them in the wrong place.
Do it the easy way and use IE-File-Export
