organizing favorites

I am unable to move or delete favorites on my list that were present from
some point four or so months ago but new entries and folders made since I've
been trying fixes can be added, moved and deleted. After going around the
block with msn help I've deleted my membership, msn software, temp internet
files, favorites folders from my computer, run two repairs sent to me a fix
corrupt favorites and force favorites download all of which has not fixed the
problem. And now the only response I get from them is they're working on it,
when they respond. What needs to be done to be able to work with these old
favorites.
