Yes, it is possible.
1) Use a program that will do floppy disk spanning, i.e. will split the file
between disks and you copy the file(s) from the source machine to the
floppies and then reassemble them when the disk content is copied from the
floppies to the hard drive of the target machine.

2) Another possibility is WinRar. Create a multiple- file compressed archive
of the driver files. Make each part smaller than the floppy disk capacity of
1.44 MB. Copy each floppy to the same directory on the target machine's hard
drive and uncompress it using WinRar
