Transfer the contacts from my old LG Rumor phone to my new iPhone4.

I used LG Rumor phone with Sprint service before. And just bought an iPhone4. And now the service is AT&T. I don't know how to call the person that he didn't call me. Would you like to tell me how to transfer my contacts and phone numbers into my new iPhone4? :(

If the phone has bluetooth, Just bluetooth all your contacts from the LG to the iPhone..
