Sync business contact mngr to my phone

How do I sync my outlook business contact mngr to my phone. I have a sprint
htc pro

You will need to install the BCM for Pocket PC and then you can do a regular
sync. It will be in a different database the your Outlook contacts.

Note: I am having problems with being able to actually dial out from the
HTC, so I am looking for a resolution to that major snafu!
