Sync with a Blackberry

I am currently sync'ing my blackberry with ms outlook regular contacts, and
having no issues. Looking at using business contact mngr, do I need another
program to sync this with the blackberry?

You will definitely need some type of 3rd party developed program in order to
synch with your Blackberry. There is currently no native support for this
and I am personally unaware of any 3rd that will do this either. You might
want to check RIM the OEM for your Blackberry. They are Canadian based.

Enhancing the ability to access and share BCM's data would help with
expanding user adoption but the designers seem to have been operating within
a vacuum over the last 3 years in this regard perhaps assuming that Small
Business users just don't need to collaborate, synch, etc.
