Uninstall Business Contact Mngr

When I open Outlook (2003) Business Mngr does not show up/load but in
Add/Remove Programs it shows up. I don't use it but do use my Outlook to
retrieve and send mail.
Can I safely remove the BCM program (my C Drive is about full) without
interfering with my email / Outlook 2003?

Yes. Outlook email should work the same with or without BCM.
