transfer mail internal hard drive to internal hard drive Vista Mai

Put together new Computer running vista used old hard hard drive also
running Vista, as second drive in new computer- have been transfering data
and programs from old to new and works fine
How can I transfer Email messages and contacts from old to new?
Easy transfer doesn't seem to be set up for HD to HD transfers
