Transfer data to new user?

XP, Office 2003
Up to now my wife's email address was an alias attached to my email address.
I have now created a New User via Control Panel>User Accounts, and her email
now arrives in her own Inbox in her new user account.
1 How do I transfer her previous messages from my Inbox and Sent folder to
her own Inbox and Sent folder?.
2 Can we share my address book and Contacts, or must she create her own from
scratch. Ideally she only needs about 20% of my address book and Contacts.
Thanks in advance for some GREAT answers!
 
i'd export all the data for your wife from your inbox, sent items and
contacts of your mailbox and then import it into her mailbox
