Transfer Contacts from Sympatico Mail to Windows

I cannot figure out how to transfer my Contact list from my Sympatico Mail
account to Windows Mail. One person suggested to save the Sympatico file as
a CV file and then transfer - I don't know how to do that. Another suggested
to check out the Sympatico account to find out how - I have been all over tha
Sympatico page and cannot find this information. If anyone can help, what I
need is a step by step, simple set of instructions - assume I am not very
skilled at the computer.

Only someone who has Sympatico mail service would be able to answer
that question. Have you tried asking Sympatico tech support for help?
