Tracking Tab Not Updating

I have a user with the following problem:

When he sends out an email with mutliple recipients and selects to receive a
read receipt, when the first receipt confirmation comes in, it creates the
Tracking tab on the sent email, as it should. The problem is, that he will
receive multiple read confirmation emails, but they are not updating on the
tracking tab. It will only show the first confirmation. Any ideas?

One has nothing to do with the other. Tracking is used to let you know if
someone has accepted an appointment or refussed or replied tenitive.

Because of the spam problem, we have all of our user's machines defaulted to
never respond to a read-receipt.
 
Hospo, you overlooked one point. Russel says that he IS getting the receipt,
it's not being blocked...his problem is the fact that even though he receives
the receipts, his Tracking tab is not being updated to reflect the fact that
the receipt came in. This is a known issue...might have something to do with
the email needing to be RTF, but even that is inconsistent.
