Message tracking tab

I sent to myself a test email with tracking options Read and delivery
I received the email and clicked yes to sent the receipt
in sent items folder
I opened the email sent and got with tracking tab
then I sent out email to different people with a tracking options Read and
delivery receipt
they received it and clicked yes to send the receipt
opened the mail sent in sent items folder and no tracking tab

Help!!!!!

Did you receive the receipts as well and were they still in "Outlook format"
(you can tell by the look of the icon). Some ISPs convert these message to a
Plain Text e-mail notification and then of course it won't work anymore.
