Tracking Sent Items

I send out e-mails to groups of people and to ensure that they read them I
have turned on the Read Receipt option. When opening up the e-mail and
clicking on the Tracking tab not all of the people that I have received read
receipts from show up in the report.

Does anyone know why not all Read Receipts would show up on the Tracking tab
report?

Thanks,
Cheytown

Some of your recipients may have turned Read receipt acknowledgement off
- there is nothing you can do about that.

Gordon, he said that he's received read receipts from some people but they
still don't show up in the tacking information, so it's not that they've
disabled the receipts.

Under Outlook 2003, it looks like receipts don't show up on the tracking
report until they're read. This makes it a lot less useful for our
clients...

I've tried setting up a rule that marks the receipts as read, but this
apparently doesn't handle messages in the same was as if they had been
read, as the tracking doesn't show up.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get the same functionality that Outlook
2000 had, I'd appreciate their input.

they show up when they are processed - that generally happens within 5 min
after receiving them - or when they are read. If you are patient and walk
away from outlook for a few minutes, do they show up on the tab?
