Here is a problem I have noticed.
We have Outlook 2003 options checked to always send a read and delivery
request.
This works fine if you send an email directly from Outlook. But I have
several users who send reports from Access (File, Send to) or a scanned
document sent through Scanport or some software like that. These programs
use Outlook obviously. But when an email is sent through them the tracking
options are not set. I can't imagine that a microsoft program, Access, would
not work correctly with Outlook, but that seems to be what is happening. Any
customizations made in Outlook are ignored unless the email is sent directly
from Outlook.
Any ideas? I was wondering if there was somewhere you could set that in the
registry?
