i have outlook 2003 - i've looked under tools > options in both the new
e-mail & outlook windows. i find 'tracking changes' only in the new e-mail
win but no 'tracking e-mail' in either win. it doesn't seem to be in my
outlook. what do i do to get it. i want to be able to set delivery and read
settings on individual e-mails that i send.
thank you in advance

Open a new message window - I think you'll find it's under Options

i have win xp-pro - sp 3 - outlook 2003.
i can open outlook then tools>option> & find the tab for delivery/read reciept
but this is a global setting - right ? ? but i want to be able to set the
setting for delivery reciept on individual e-mails.
in a new e-mail win i have tools>options - then in the 'options' win the
tabs are:
user info - compatibility - view - general - edit - print - save - security
- spelling & grammar - track changes. no track options or e-mails.
where do i go to find these settings ?
thanks again
