tracking issue

Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2000
One of my users is having a problem with Appointment Tracking. Suddenly
when she sends out an appointment, people are responding, but its not
showing up on the tracking. We recently switched from one Exchange server
to another, however, I checked for another user, and his responses ARE being
tracked. We're all on one Exchange Server, so I'm thinking it might not be
server related.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Additional Information:

During further testing, we realized that when she de-selects Request
Response she does not get tracking. If we leave that, then she does get
tracking. However, Request Response shouldn't have anything to do with
tracking, as it just sends an email to the sender.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue without forcing the user to have a
million replies in her Inbox?

Thanks!

Outlook will not track responses if none are sent.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Doreen asked:
