Outlook 2003 -- Tracking

I sent a meeting request to seven people. Four have responded so far (three
accepted, one tentative); however, only two of the responses appear on the
Tracking tab.

Just as an FYI, the appointment I sent is still in my Sent Items.

Can anyone help?

do they update if you open the tracking message? If the TNEF data was
removed they won't automatically update.
