Group Schedules - Tracking and reminders

D

Davidt

Outlook Exchange 2003 on SBS 2003 R2. clients are a variety of 2002, 2003 and
2007.

Set up a Public Folder calendar, and associated a Group Schedule. When I
book an appointment I get a message saying responses will not be tracked as
"the appointment is not in your main calendar".
Is there a fix for this or a way round it, the tracking is important as are
the reminders

Reminders and other default functions in Outlook only work in your main
calendar, not a shared or public calendar.
