tracking email

Not all my read receipts are automatically processed to the tracking tab.
How can I manually process them so that they are registered on the tracking
tab in the sent items folder??

Have you opened them?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, John asked:

Yes I have opened them, but they still do not appear on the tracking tab. I
tried this for an email sent to 1 recipient and also to multiple recipients
where outlook had processed some but not all of the receipts.

It seems that read receipts come into the inbox and are processed
automatically up until a new email is received. Any read receipts below the
new email are no longer processed.

Any suggestions?
