Tracked changes still showing after accepted & reopen

A colleague sent me a document with tracked changes. I accept all of the
changes, to the document (by clicking "Accept all changes), I drop down to
Final View and then I save it that way. But when I open up the document
again, the mark ups show up again, along with the thick white bar along the
right hand side. How do I make my Word 2007 documents to only show the Final
Version View when I open it?

Oopsie! I figured it out. Must DELETE them, and then save. Can't just accept
them.
