I receive a lot of e-mails that I forward to my assistant. She processes them
and replies to me with the completed actions so I can send them back to our
customers. Isn't there a way for me to track? I want to be able to know which
e-mails are not (yet) answered by my assistant. Or if I get an e-mail back I
want to view in a group so I can unflag them all or mark them as done. I've
tried different things without a real workable solution.

Give us a few clues....

What version of Outlook? Do you use Exchange server software?

Sorry, should have done that indeed:
I use MS Outlook 2003, no Exchange server.
And I bought some extra utilities from MAPILab to improve certain tasks in
Outlook.
As we are a small company in the Caribbean, I will not be using Exchange
server at this moment.

Maybe you should be sending the assistant Task Assignments - then you will
have tracking on what has and hasn't been done. Set start and due dates and
you'll know when it's overdue too.

In the TaskPad and Task folder - show the Owner field so you can see who is
working on what.

Have a read of all my posts about Tasks and you'll learn lots of good stuff.
:)

Thank you for your help.
I will use this option and I will read your other posts to learn more tips
and tricks.
