Track Changes

Hi,

We would like to print a document, showing tracked changes inline and
comments in balloons -- we do not want to show formatting changes.

The closest we can come to this is showing tracked changes inline with
comments AND formatting in balloons. We want to eliminate the formatting
changes in balloons.

Can this be done?
