Is there a way to show modifications in a balloon? I can see formatting,
comments and deletions, but not insert or change balloons. The option under
Balloons reads "Show Revisions in Balloons". Has tracking been this way in
previous versions?

Final view shows insertions inline and deletions in balloons. Original view
shows deletions inline and insertions in balloons. In other words, absent
the formatting of the insertions, the Final view shows the text of the
revised document; absent the formatting of the deletions, Original view
shows the text of the original document; in both cases the changes are in
the margins. A "change" is usually represented by a simultaneous insertion
and deletion.
