Turning off balloons of reviewers when mouse over a track change 2

Hello,
I am trying to remove the balloons that show up with reviewer information
when hovering over a change using tracked changes in Word 2007. In Word 2003
this could be done turning off ScreenTips, I believe. However, in Word 2007
it does not work. I have select "Don't show ScreenTips" using Word
Options/Popular and the balloons still appear when pointing on top of a
change.

Could anyone help me turning off these popups balloons when using track
changes?

Go to the Display tab in the Word Options and change "Show document tooltips on
hover"
